The Emerson Middle School Community came together to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a Fashion Show Ceremony, in which both students and faculty wore traditional clothing from various countries. The theme of the event was "United We Are Stronger" ("Unidos Somos Mas Fuertes").

The Emerson Middle School would like to congratulate two of our three September Students of the Month: Kevin Alfaro and Edward Quiroz. We are so PROUD of these incredible students. Their dedication is quite admirable and are an excellent example of the Union City School District.

Emerson Middle School student leaders from the National Junior Honor Society, Run Club, Cheerleaders, and Young Marines celebrated our rich history in Union City by walking in the Centennial Parade on Sunday, September 28, 2025 with banners they collaboratively worked on.
