Congratulations to Emerson Middle School's December Student of the Month Daniela Quezada! She is an exemplary student that goes above and beyond in her studies and is a true Emersonian. Looking forward to seeing you at Emerson's Winter Wonderland Concert on Thursday, December 21st at 6:00PM in the Emerson Gymnasium. It will feature Emerson's Symphonic & Concert Bands as well as the Dance Company.

Please be advised of the latest newsletter as Chartwells continues to serve up happy and healthy meals throughout the Union City School District. We have been continuing to integrate Jersey Fresh fruits and vegetables into the schools in creative ways while increasing student interest in trying new foods. The Emerson Middle School welcomed parents and families during parent's night last week. The teachers were able to have one-on-one meetings with parents to provide a brief overview of individual student grades, attendance, and different materials being covered throughout the marking periods.

The Emerson Middle School celebrated all of our winners with a pizza party from Halloween, The Week of Respect, and Red Ribbon Week. Congratulations to all of our Emersonians and their teachers!
