Please be advised Back To School Night will be on Thursday Night October 5, 2023. All parents can enter through the Emerson Middle School Main Entrance on 18th Street between New York and Palisades Avenues. Parents will get the opportunity to visit their child's teachers to review all the important components of their child's educational experience. Thank you for taking the time to review.

The Emerson Middle School congratulated our very own talented teachers. These teachers had at least one of their classes pass the NJSLA with 100% in ELA or Math this past Spring. We are proud to call you our Emerson family. Congratulations to our students and teachers for this grand achievement.

As per the Union City Board of Education, due to the excessive heat, today, September 7th is a ONE SESSION DAY for the Emerson Middle School only. Students will be dismissed beginning at 12:45 PM. Younger siblings in elementary schools will have a FULL DAY of school. Thank you and have a great day.
